Course cover images

Your course has two separate cover images, each serving a different purpose and requiring a different file.

• Course card image – displayed on course listings and previews (2:1 aspect ratio)
• Course cover image – displayed on the course page itself (4:1 aspect ratio)

Because the aspect ratios are different, you'll need to upload a separate file for each.

How to edit your Course cover image

Open your course, then open the course settings drawer. The cover image field controls what appears on the course page and this is separate from the card image used in listings. For this image, a 4:1 aspect ratio works the best.

How to edit your Course thumbnail / card image

Hover over your Course when viewing your full list of courses, then click on "Upload Thumbnail". The card image field controls what displays on course listings and previews. For this image, please use a 2:1 aspect ratio.

File name requirements

Image file names must use only standard characters. Avoid accented letters and special symbols — these can cause upload issues.

Allowed:

• Letters (a–z, A–Z)
• Numbers (0–9)
• Underscores ( _ )
• Hyphens ( - )

Not allowed:

• Accented characters (é, ñ, ü, etc.)
• Special symbols (@, #, $, %, etc.)
• Punctuation (other than underscores and hyphens)
