How to Disconnect from Stripe in Heartbeat

If you need to disconnect your Stripe account from Heartbeat, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Heartbeat Admin Panel
    Make sure you are logged in as an Admin for your Heartbeat community.

  2. Navigate to Configure Payments

    • From the left-hand menu, click on Admin Settings.

    • Under the Payments section, select Configure Payments.

  3. Disconnect Stripe

    • On the Configure Payments page, look for the "Heartbeat Payments" section at the top.

    • Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to "Connected."

    • Select Reset Stripe Connection from the dropdown menu.

  4. Confirm the Disconnection

    • You may be prompted to confirm your action. If so, confirm to proceed with disconnecting your Stripe account.

  5. You're Done!
    Once disconnected, you’ll no longer process payments through Stripe on Heartbeat. You can reconnect Stripe anytime by returning to this page.
