How to Create a Digital Product

1. Create or Edit your Offer and select "Digital Product"

How to: Go to Admin Settings > Payments > Offers

💡 Tip: This option is ideal for one-time purchases, courses, or downloadable resources.

 

2. Under "Pricing", configure Membership Tiers

Under Product Type, choose the specific content type you want to sell:

    • Course: Set up a course for a specific cohort

    • Access Group: Control access to multiple content types within your community

3. Configure Pricing for Your Digital Product

  1. Select the Frequency of the payment:

  2. Set the Price for each installment or the total one-time amount.

  3. Customize the Billing Frequency if you offer installments (e.g., monthly or weekly). You can only make 2 payment options for digital products for now.

  4. Additional options:

    • Add an upfront registration fee for initial access.

    • Make default payment option to simplify the checkout process for new members.

  5. Once configured, click Save to apply your pricing settings.

 

3. Under "Offer Setup", adjust the visibility and marketing settings

  1. In-Community Upsells: This option is automatically enabled, promoting the offer within your community to maximize visibility and conversions.

  2. Additional options:

    • Limit the availability of this offer to create a sense of urgency.

    • Set a launch date and start a waitlist if you want to generate interest before the product is available.

  3. Enable Post-Purchase settings if needed:

    • Show community paywall when access ends

    • Redirect members to a specific page or thank-you message after purchase.

    • Automatically revoke access after a set period for time-limited offers.

 

4. Use "Cancel Flows" to adjust the access lapsed members have

You can set up Cancel Flows to streamline engagement and retention efforts. Workflows can be triggered by specific member actions, helping you to enhance the member journey.

  1. Choose from existing cancel flow templates or create your own:

  2. Customize each cancelation survey

  3. Preview your workflows on the right side of the screen to ensure they align with your strategy.
