How to set up an Offer that automatically expires

1. Create or Edit your Offer

How to: Go to Admin Settings > Payments > Offers

2. On the second step, Offer Setup, access the After Purchase section

Here, you can specify the number of days after which members will lose access to the purchased offer. You can also customize a popup to send a final message to members of this Offer.

How can I edit the "custom popup"?

Please follow these steps:

1. Click the "Edit Content" button next to the popup to customize the message.

2. A popup will appear where you can edit the title and description of the message, such as:

   • Title: "Thanks for being with us!"

   • Description: "Thank you for being part of this journey. Your subscription has now ended as planned. If you have any questions, we're here to help!"

3. You can also add a button that links back to your community or another destination. Enter the button text (e.g., "Back to community") and set a link.

4. Once you're satisfied with your message, click Save.
