You can disconnect your Stripe account from Heartbeat by clicking General Settings > Products > Click the 3-dot menu on the Stripe section > Reset Stripe Connection.

If you want to disconnect the Heartbeat-managed Stripe account from your Stripe account, you can delete all your subscriptions from your Stripe Dashboard and then delete the Heartbeat-managed Stripe account.
