Members

Previously known as "Users," members can engage with the community, access resources, and make purchases.

Membership Tiers

Levels of membership within a community (e.g., basic, premium) that offer differentiated access and pricing, allowing admins to create multi-level membership options with specific benefits

Offers

Previously called "Products," these are services or content (like courses or memberships) available for purchase or subscription.

Offer Bundle

A package of selected access groups sold together, chosen by admins to provide a comprehensive resource set in one purchase.

Admins choose which access groups to include in the bundle but cannot include multiple tiers from the same offer or add the same group more than once. Offer Bundles provide members a convenient way to unlock multiple benefits or resources in one purchase.

Pricing Models

Different ways members can pay for offers, including:

• Installments: One-time fee is split into smaller, manageable payments.

• One-time Fee: Members make a single payment for lifetime access to an offer.

• Recurring Subscriptions: Members are charged regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Upsells

Optional upgrades or additional content members can purchase beyond their current access, designed to enhance engagement and increase revenue

Sign Up Links

These specific links, previously "Invitation links," direct people to sign up and easily access community offers.

Subscriptions

A recurring payment plan that members sign up for to gain continuous access to specific offers, resources, or groups within the community.

Transactions

Individual payments made by members for one-time purchases, such as joining a specific event, buying exclusive content, or upgrading to a higher membership tier.

Post-Purchase Redirect

Automatically guides members to specific pages after purchase, like thank-you pages or next steps for a smooth entry into the community.

Require Resubscription

An option for members who fail to pay, requiring them to re-subscribe before regaining access, compared to simply removing them from the paid group​
