If you have an existing Stripe account with active member subscriptions and you want to transfer them to a Heartbeat-managed Stripe business, Heartbeat provides a free payment migration service. 

How it works

• Go to Settings > Payments > Import Subscriptions
• Press "Start Migration" and follow the steps, starting by uploading your subscriptions CSV file

• Match your members with your existing Offers and ensure they are set at the current price point

• Then, copy your customer data from Stripe to your Heartbeat managed account

• Finally, review your changes and apply them to your community
