While the number of guests at an event cannot be restricted, you can control access to specific events by using groups, roles, or individual settings.

When you navigate to the Invite and Settings section, choose the groups that you want to grant access to the event. Unless it is an upsell paid group, members who are not part of these selected groups will not have access to the event.
