Admins can easily rename roles in Heartbeat to better match your community’s structure or terminology.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to Settings > People > Roles
2. Click on the name of the role you'd like to rename
3. In the top right corner, click Edit Role Name
4. Enter the new name and save your changes

This is a helpful way to adjust language so it matches the tone of your community — for example, changing "Admin" to "Coach" or "Member" to "Student."
