When setting up an Offer in Heartbeat, you choose what happens if a member cancels their subscription. You have two options, and it's important to understand the difference:

🏡 Remove Offer Access (Default)

Members lose access only to content and groups tied to that specific Offer.

• They stay in your community.

• They can still access free or public areas.

• Best for communities with multiple Offers or free content.

🔍 Think of this like revoking a membership badge, not kicking them out entirely.

🔒 Block Community Access

Members are fully paywalled across the entire community.

• They’ll see a paywall until they resubscribe.

• They can’t access anything in your community.

• Best if you want to limit access strictly to paying members.

⚠️ Use this if your whole community is behind a paywall.

Use Remove Offer Access if you have both free and paid content. Use Block Community Access if you want the whole community gated behind a paywall.
