If a member asks how to update their credit card, change plans, or download receipts, here’s exactly what they need to do — you can copy and send these instructions directly to them.
This article is admin-facing but written to help you support members faster when they ask about billing and subscription settings.
🔧 Where Members Can Update Payment Info
Members can update payment information at any time from their own Settings page.
Here’s what to tell them:
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of your Heartbeat community.
- Select Billing from the left sidebar.
- You’ll see your current payment method, and a link to update it.
📋 What Members Can Do on Their Billing Page
From that screen, they’ll be able to:
