Want to keep important posts at the top of a channel? You can pin any thread in Heartbeat to make sure it stays visible and easy to access.

To pin a thread:

1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the thread

2. Select "Pin" from the dropdown menu

That’s it — your post is now pinned to the top of that channel for everyone to see.
