Want to keep important posts at the top of a channel? You can pin any thread in Heartbeat to make sure it stays visible and easy to access.

To pin a thread:

1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the thread

2. Select "Pin" from the dropdown menu

That’s it. Your post is now pinned to the top of that channel for everyone to see.

Note: Pinned posts show at the top of their channel, not at the top of the Feed. The Feed is sorted automatically, so a pinned post won’t move there, even if you pin it from the Feed. To see your pinned post, open the channel it was posted in.
