Yes — community members can access and switch between multiple communities in Heartbeat.

On the mobile app, tap on Home at the bottom. Then tap on the community name in the upper left to open the community switcher. 

In the browser and desktop app, click the community icon on the upper-left part of your screen to navigate between Heartbeat communities in the same browser session.
