All events in Heartbeat are shown in the viewer’s local time zone, including event emails, event times in the app, and time stamps for posts in the community. 

This way, members don't have to calculate time differences.

How this works: 

• What you see
  • You are based in New York, in the US Eastern time zone.
  • You schedule an event for next Tuesday at 3:00pm. 
  • You see the event in US Eastern in the app and in any email related to the event. 
• What your members in other time zones see
  • A member is located in California, in the US Pacific time zone. 
  • In Pacific time, the event is scheduled for next Tuesday at 12:00pm. 
  • The members sees the event in Pacific time in the app and in any email related to the event.
