General guidelines

1. Delete channels, posts, comments, and chats (especially those against community guidelines).

2. Read-only channels will allow users with Create Channels permission to post new threads. Other users can still comment and react to posts. Before making the channel read-only, admins or permitted users must create a thread first. This ensures that additional threads can be added in the future.

3. Move threads to different channels.

What happens if mute a member?

Muting a member prevents them from posting threads, comments and sending messages. They'll see a message where the text input is telling them that they're muted. 

To mute a user, click on their profile via Manage Members or click "View User" on the right-hand side member list. Here, click on the caret icon (⌄) and press "Mute".
