You cannot choose which Slack channel to sync into Heartbeat as it automatically pulls up all your channels from your Slack workspace. However, you can delete any channel that you do not need after the sync.

To delete a channel (screenshot below):

1. Hover over the channel name in the left sidebar

2. Click the three dots to the right of the channel name

3. Click Delete
