Currently, Heartbeat does not support multi-day events — meaning events that span more than 24 hours or cross multiple calendar dates.
Workaround: Create Separate Events for Each Day
If you're hosting something like a multi-day summit, retreat, or conference, we recommend creating one event per day:
-
Example:
-
“Day 1 – Community Growth Conference”
-
“Day 2 – Community Growth Conference”
-
“Day 3 – Community Growth Conference”
-
Set each event with the Heavy email option so calendar invites are automatically sent and booked on members’ calendars.
Use consistent naming (e.g., “Day 1”, “Day 2”) to help members stay organized.
Watch Out for Time Zones
All events in Heartbeat respect the viewer’s local time zone. So:
-
Avoid creating events from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (this can cause confusion across time zones)
-
Instead, set clear event hours — e.g., 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Always use specific time blocks to prevent cross-time-zone scheduling issues
