Step-by-Step: Build Your Signup Page

1. Create the Access Group

  1. Go to Settings → Access Groups

  2. Click Create Group

  3. Name it (e.g. Accountability Group)

  4. Assign any content this group should unlock (e.g. private channels, events, courses)

  5. Set group type to Admin-controlled

2. Create the Signup Page

  1. Go to Settings → Signup Pages

  2. Click Create Signup Page

  3. Give it a name (e.g. Accountability Group Signup Page)

  4. Choose the role (usually Member)

  5. Select your free access group from the dropdown

  6. Make it Evergreen to allow unlimited signups

  7. (Optional) Add a title, subtitle, or video to customize the landing page

  8. Click Create

3. Share the Link

Once created, you’ll get a unique link to your signup page. Share it anywhere:

  • Your newsletter or email drip campaigns

  • Inside a community post or doc

  • On social media

  • During events or webinars

Members will automatically unlock all group content upon joining — no extra setup needed.
