✅ Step 1: You Must Manually Launch

Even if you’ve set a launch date and time during setup, Heartbeat does not auto-launch your waitlist.

Why?

Because launch days are busy. Most creators need time for final touches — tweaking onboarding, updating links, or just prepping mentally.

So we leave control in your hands:

• Go to Settings → Offers -> Waitlists

• Click into your waitlist

• Hit the Launch Now button when you're ready

✉️ Step 2: Members Get a Launch Email Automatically

As soon as you hit Launch Now, Heartbeat will:

• Send an email to everyone on your waitlist

• Include login instructions + community access

• Use your existing onboarding flow

You can customize this email in advance to match your voice, brand tone, or launch messaging.

🔁 Step 3: We Convert Your Waitlist into an Evergreen Paid Offer

The second you launch:

• Your waitlist becomes a standard paid offer

• Countdown timers and waitlist labels are removed

• The signup page link stays the same, so your email campaigns, website CTAs, and shared links continue working

For example:

• If your waitlist was for $25/month, we’ll automatically convert it to an offer at $25/month

• Your signup page updates visually and functionally to reflect a standard purchase page (no more “waitlist” language)
