You're running a paid waitlist in Heartbeat and want to email those members before launch, here's what you need to know:

Can I email waitlist members directly from Heartbeat?

We don’t currently support sending custom emails to members while they’re still on the waitlist — but this is absolutely on our roadmap. We know it’s a key need and we’re working to bring it natively into Heartbeat.

✅ Recommended Workaround: Export & Email

Until in-app email tools are available, here’s how you can still communicate with your waitlist:

1. Navigate to Your Waitlist

• Go to Settings → Offers

• Selects the Waitlists tab

2. Click on Your Waitlist

• You’ll see a list of everyone who signed up

• This includes names, emails, and payment status

3. Add Emails Into Your Email Tool

• Add emails into your tool of choice (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack, etc.)

• From there, you can send pre-launch updates, sneak peeks, or reminders

📬 After Launch

Once you click “Launch Now” on your waitlist:

• Members are invited into your Heartbeat community

• You can then message them directly via DMs or channels

• You can also use Workflows to trigger in-app messages or automated emails based on activity
