Guide new members toward your preferred pricing tier by marking it as "Popular." This highlights your best offer and makes the decision easier when you have multiple plans.

Step 1: Navigate to the Offer Settings

1. Open your community and click the Settings icon in the top right

2. From the left sidebar, click Offers

Step 2: Choose the Offer to Edit

1. Find the offer you want to update

2. Click the 3-dot menu to the right of the Offer, and select Edit Offer

Step 3: Set the “Popular” Tier

1. On the Offer Setup step, scroll down to the section where your pricing tiers are listed

2. Use the dropdown under Default pricing option to select the plan you want to mark as “Popular”

   • You can select any of your monthly or annual pricing tiers

   • This tag will appear at the top-right of that option on the checkout page

Step 4: Save Your Changes

1. Click Next to continue through the flow

2. Then click Finish to publish your changes

3. Return to your signup page and refresh to confirm the tag is updated

This is a subtle but powerful way to increase conversion on your signup pages. Most members will lean toward whatever feels like the “default” or recommended option.
