In Heartbeat, you're able to update your email address at any time. To do this, click on your profile picture on the top right and then select "Account Settings".
From here, you'll be able to see two fields and you can update either one to a new address:
What's the difference between Community Email and Login Email?

What if I can't access my current login email - how can I update it?
You can press "Get help", ask Pulse to send in a support request or email our team directly with your current login email address and your new address.
