Steps
Set up a Workflow after a member completes a lesson
- Go to your Course and press the pencil icon to edit your lesson. Here, you can add an automation by pressing +Add Workflow while you are editing the lesson.
- Here, you can then set up a popup, DM or another notification to nudge the user to continue on with their lessons.
[Optional] Set up a delayed automation to encourage all group members to complete the course.
- Go to Settings > Automation > Workflows and start a new Workflow from scratch.
- Pick "Automated" and proceed to the Actions step.
- Select "on Group join" and select the group associated to your course under "Groups". Please note that this will apply to all group members.
- Alternatively, if you are using Automated Access Groups to segment your less active members, you can use those specific groups on this Workflow.
- Choose a notification format and personalize it by attaching a particular lesson so members can proceed to it immediately.
- Add a delay to this notification so your members only get this reminder after a specific time and not immediately as they join this group.
