Heartbeat automatically creates an Access Group for every course. This group manages who can access course content and discussions. Look for the book icon 📖 next to the group name.

Can I delete this group?

No. Course Access Groups can only be deleted by deleting the entire course. They're permanently linked.

How can I use this group?

Create course-only spaces:

• Private discussion channels for course students
• Share bonus materials and resources
• Set up study groups and peer networking
• Host course-specific events

Layer with other groups:

• Combine with completion-based groups ("Module 1 Done")
• Create VIP access for top performers
• Transition graduates to alumni groups
