Steps
Set up Access Groups to segment your members
- Go to Settings > Members > Access Groups

Create an Access Group as well as the subgroups you wish to display as options during Onboarding. Set the main group as Admin Controlled and the subgroups as Joinable:
Go to your Onboarding and add your parent Access Group
- Go to Settings > Members > Onboarding
- Press "Add Group" and select your parent group - you can pick between a single option or a multi option:
- Save and then scroll down to "Workflow" or go to Settings > Automation > Workflows
Create an automation that will trigger when new members join these groups
- Start a Workflow from scratch
- Choose the groups that will be targeted by this automation - you can use one Workflow per group to keep things high personal!
- Select to show a popup, send a DM or another type of notification
This will allow you to share specific content or event direct these new members to specific Courses or Events.
