- Create a Sign Up Page and set it to be pre-approved.
- Then, create a pre-approved email list, and only people whose emails are on that list can successfully use the sign up page. Everyone else gets blocked.
Adding Approved Members
Automated Route: Zapier
After you've manually reviewed and approved members from your form submissions, you can use Zapier to automatically add them to your private sign up page's pre-approved list.
As a CSV File
In Zapier, create a Zap (using Google Sheets):
- Trigger: New spreadsheet row
- Action: Invite users
Manual Route
- Review each submission manually
- Add members to your sign up page
- Click on the ... and select Manage Invites from the dropdown
- Add the emails and click on Add & Send Invitation Email
