Payment-related emails (receipts, failed payment notifications, refund confirmations, etc.) are handled by Stripe, not Heartbeat. You'll need to configure these directly in your Stripe dashboard.
What payment notifications does Stripe send?
Stripe can send automatic emails for payment-related events, including:
- Failed payment attempts
- Receipts for paid invoices
- 3D Secure authentication requests
- Expiring cards on file
- Refund confirmations
- Trial ending reminders
- Subscription cancellations
How to configure payment emails
All payment email settings are managed in your Stripe account, not in Heartbeat.
To configure these emails:
- Log into your Stripe dashboard
- Navigate to your email notification settings
- Customize which emails to send and when
