The number of active and pending members you can have depends on your plan. Once you exceed this limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan.

Managing Your Member Count

If you're approaching your member limit, you can:

  • Deactivate inactive members - Go to Manage Members, select inactive members, and choose "Deactivate" from bulk actions
  • Remove pending members who never onboarded - Filter for "Pending" status and deactivate members who haven't completed signup

Deactivating members removes their access to your community but preserves their content and data in case you want to reactivate them later.
