How To Send Receipts To Your Members

As a community admin, you can send receipt copies directly to members who request them. Here is how:

  1. Open your Community Settings -> Configure Payments
  2. Click "Visit Stripe" in the top-right corner
  3. In the Heartbeat Stripe, go to Customers, and find the customer by name or email
  4. Open the customer's page by clicking their name
  5. Hover your cursor over the payment -> Click "Send receipt"
