How to cancel your platform subscription

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Heartbeat subscription anytime by going to Settings > Admin > Platform Billing and clicking on Cancel. Click here to go to Platform Billing in your community. 



Your community data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, your community and all content will be permanently deleted.
