The Manage Members page provides powerful tools to help you easily find and engage with your community members. This guide will walk you through how to filter, select, and perform bulk actions to manage your members efficiently.

Filtering Members Based on Attributes
You can filter members based on various attributes using the filters at the top of the table. To add a filter:
Click + Add Filter to display a list of filter options.
Choose from filters like:
Location
Joined On
Last Login
Posts
Groups
Reactions Received
Events Attended
Email
Important: Use the AND/OR statements to combine multiple filters. For example, filtering by both "Location" and "Groups" will show members that match both criteria.
You can clear any filter by clicking the 'X' next to the applied filter, or use the "Clear All Filters" option to reset everything.
Selecting Members
Once you’ve applied filters, you can select members manually by checking the checkboxes next to their names. You can also:
Select All members on the current page using the checkbox at the top.
Select Members Across Pages: After selecting all members on the current page, a prompt will appear to select all filtered members, not just those shown on the page.
Running Bulk Actions
Once you've selected the members, you can run bulk actions from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
Members Display: At the top, you'll see a list of the selected members for the bulk action. This list shows the individuals to whom the action will be applied, making it easy to review your selection.
Edit Action: You'll find options to edit the action.
Subject: Specify the subject of the email.
Body: Write the content of the message.
Delay: Adjust the delay time for sending the email. You can choose to send the email after a set number of minutes from the initial trigger or set it up for a specific time.
Schedule Action: If you prefer to schedule the action, you can set a specific date and time for it to run. The bulk action will be executed based on the time zone of the person who created the trigger.
You can then run bulk actions from the Bulk Actions dropdown menu:
Send a DM: Choose which admin the DM will be sent from.
Send an Email: Create and send an email to the selected members.
Send a Notification: Send a notification to the selected members.
Show a Popup: Trigger a popup for members.
Add to Groups: Assign selected members to one or more groups.
Remove from Groups: Remove selected members from specific groups.
Scheduled Actions
If you want to schedule an action for later, such as sending an email or notification, you can:
Choose the Schedule Action option at the bottom of the action form.
Select a specific date and time to run the action.
Timezone: The scheduled action will run based on the time zone of the person who created the trigger.
Additional Tips
When scheduling an action, you can view the members for your action at the top of the screen, or click the 'X' button to clear the selection.
Make sure to double-check your selection before running bulk actions to ensure you’re only acting on the intended members.
