Learn the keyboard shortcuts that will help you become a power user of Heartbeat.

You can use keyboard shortcuts to quickly mention content, members, channels, or complete actions in Heartbeat. Here's a list of all keyboard shortcuts available in the community:

  • Command+K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows): Command prompt to quickly search Heartbeat help guides, navigate around admin settings, or execute admin-level commands.

  • Option+L (macOS) or Alt+L (Windows): Quickly logout of your admin account

  • Command+Slash (/) (macOS) or Ctrl+Slash (/) (Windows): Open the community search bar.

  • In thread posts, messages, or comments:

    • Type @ to tag people or groups

    • Type # to tag channels

    • Type $ to tag docs, events, and groups

    • Type : to add an emoji
