You can see members' answers to your onboarding questions for everyone at once in the members export, or for one member on their details page.

All members at once

Go to Settings > People > Members and click Export at the bottom of the list. The CSV has a column for each onboarding question, with private questions marked "(private)". The export covers the list you have selected (Active, Paywalled or Deactivated), so switch between them to export each.

One member

Click the member in Settings > People > Members to open their details. Their answers are under Onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I see the answers of someone who is Awaiting first login? Their answers are saved, but they only appear once that person logs in for the first time. Until then they're listed under Leads, and the Leads export doesn't include answers. If they haven't logged in yet, you can help them complete onboarding.
