A refund returns the money. It does not cancel the member's subscription or remove their access to your community. Handle those separately in Offers.
How to issue a refund
- Find the transaction in the Transactions tab.
- Open the 3-dot menu on that row.
- Select Refund and confirm.
- Then, press Begin Refund.
- On the next step, select your refund amount (total or partial). You can optionally select a reason and leave a comment.
The member sees the refund as a credit roughly 5–10 business days later, depending on their bank. The transaction will now be listed as "Refunded":
