Create a Sign Up Page

  • Create a Sign Up Page and set it to be pre-approved.
  • Then, create a pre-approved email list, and only people whose emails are on that list can successfully use the sign up page. Everyone else gets blocked. 

How to pre-approve members before they get access to the community

Automated Route: Zapier

  • Create a form where you set up your application questions
  • After you've manually reviewed and approved members from your form submissions, you can use Zapier to automatically add them to your private sign up page's pre-approved list.

As a CSV File

In Zapier, create a Zap (using Google Sheets):

  • Trigger: New spreadsheet row
  • Action: Invite users
