If you need to update your login email but can no longer access your previous email address, you'll need to contact Heartbeat support for assistance.
If you have lost access to your previous email account and are thus unable to receive magic link/OTP codes, you can reach out to the Support team in order to update your address.
If You Can Still Sign In

How to Request a Login Email Change
Contact our support team with:
- Your current (inaccessible) login email
- The new email address you want to use
- The name and URL of your community
Our team will verify your account ownership and update your login email so you can access your account again.
