As there isn't a reset button in Heartbeat, resetting your community means clearing out existing content and structure so you can rebuild from scratch without creating a new community entirely.

Resetting your community manually

Step 1 – Assess the status of your memberships and lock down your community

  1. If you have active paid subscriptions, do not delete your Offers before making sure those members are either compensated or aware of the upcoming changes.
  2. Change your Sign Up Pages to be "pre-approved" (or delete them altogether) to stop new members from onboarding.

Work through each area of your community until every content piece is deleted:
