Your transaction list is now built into Heartbeat. You can review payments, open transaction details, and refund a member from Settings > Revenue > Transactions – no Stripe dashboard required.

What information and actions can I take on the Transactions table?

Most of the table is interactive and can connect relevant Heartbeat information with each transaction:

• Product – opens the Offer, Event, Course purchased by a member
• From – opens that member's profile
• 3-dot menu – view full transaction details, or issue a refund

You can also narrow down your results and focus only on specific customers, products, spend amount or date range by using the "Filters" option at the top:

Why do I see transactions that aren't from my community? The table shows every transaction on your connected Stripe account. If you use that same Stripe account for charges outside Heartbeat, those payments appear here too.

Can I still use the Stripe dashboard? Yes. Nothing has been removed. Reach it from Settings > Revenue > Settings > Visit Stripe.
