Adding a Terms of Service (TOS) document to your Heartbeat Payments ensures compliance, transparency, and builds trust with your members. This feature allows you to upload or select a pre-existing document that users must accept before completing their payment.
How to Add a Terms of Service Document
Navigate to Heartbeat Payments Settings in the admin dashboard.
In the Terms of Service section:
Select a document from the dropdown menu.
If you don’t have one, click Create one to draft your TOS.
Once selected, toggle the TOS option to “on.”
