This Heartbeat's payment feature enables you to set up automatic access expiration for your offers after a specific period. This is ideal for managing memberships and subscriptions without manual intervention. Below, we guide you through the steps to set this up in your account.
Navigate to Your Offer's Editing Page
From your Admin dashboard, click on "Offers" in the main menu to view all your offers.
Select the offer you want to edit.
You'll be directed to the Offer Setup page where you can manage various aspects of the offer, including pricing and membership tiers.
Access the "After Purchase" Section
In the Offer Setup page, scroll down until you find the After Purchase section. This section allows you to configure post-purchase settings, such as the redirect URL and access expiration.
Under "Remove access to this offer after a set period of time," toggle the switch to enable automatic access removal.
You can specify the number of days after which members will lose access to the purchased offer. For example, to remove access 90 days after purchase, enter 90 days in the corresponding field.
Customize the End of Access Popup
Scroll further to the "Show a custom popup when access ends" toggle. Toggle this switch to enable a custom message to appear when the memberβs access ends.
Click the "Edit Content" button next to the popup to customize the message.
A popup will appear where you can edit the title and description of the message, such as:
Title: "Thanks for being with us!"
Description: "Thank you for being part of this journey. Your subscription has now ended as planned. If you have any questions, we're here to help!"
You can also add a button that links back to your community or another destination. Enter the button text (e.g., "Back to community") and set a link.
Once you're satisfied with your message, click Save.
