Some community members see that they "could not find the event" when clicking on a public event because only certain groups, such as Admins and Moderators, are invited to the events page. This prevents all community members from seeing the event.
Even if the event is public, it is important to review the event guests and include "All Users" so that the entire community can see it. Alternatively, community members can still view these events by opening the event outside their community or in incognito mode.
