Love Heartbeat? Get paid to share it. You'll earn $100 for every person you refer who starts a paid Heartbeat subscription, and they'll get 20% off their first three months.
Want to reward your own members for bringing people into your community? That's a different feature. Here's how to set it up: How can I create an Affiliate Program for my Heartbeat community?
Apply to the Partner Program →
How it works
- Apply. Create your partner account on PartnerStack. We review every application and will get back to you within 30 days.
- Share your link. Once you're approved, you'll get your own referral link. Share it however feels natural: your newsletter, a social post, a video, or a quick note to a friend.
- They create a community. When someone clicks your link and creates a Heartbeat community within 90 days, they count as your referral.
- You earn $100. Your commission is created when they start their first subscription to Heartbeat.
What you earn
- $100 for every new paid subscription you refer. It's a one-time commission per customer, not a monthly share.
- No cap. Refer 3 people or 300, it all counts.
- 20% off for the people you refer, applied automatically at checkout for their first three months. It gives them a nice reason to use your link.
How referrals are tracked
- Your link sets a cookie that lasts 90 days. If someone clicks your link again, the 90 days start over.
- The cookie is saved in the browser they clicked from. If they click on their phone and then sign up on their laptop, the referral might not track, so it's worth a heads-up to anyone you know is about to sign up.
- Referrals need to be new to Heartbeat. If someone was already a customer, or already talking with our sales team, in the 60 days before they clicked, they won't count.
Getting paid
- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out through PartnerStack by PayPal or Stripe. If PayPal isn't available where you live, there are other options.
- Anything you earn in one month is ready to cash out on the 16th of the next month. So commissions from February are available March 16.
- Set up your payout and tax details as soon as you're approved. We'd hate for you to miss out: if they're still missing six months after a referral pays, the commission for that customer is forfeited.
A few ground rules
These keep the program fair for everyone. The full Partner Program Terms of Service apply, and these are the ones that come up most:
- Keep it organic. Please don't run paid ads of any kind to your link, including search, social, display, or native ads.
- Don't bid on Heartbeat's name or trademarks in paid search.
- Share your link as-is. Don't shorten, cloak, or change it.
- Don't use your own link to sign up for Heartbeat yourself.
- No sub-affiliates. Please don't recruit others to promote your link for you.
- Please remember to say that you're a partner anywhere you share your link.
Breaking these rules can end your partnership and forfeit any unpaid commission.
Common questions
I joined the Heartbeat affiliate program through Rewardful. Does my link still work?
Unfortunately not. Our Rewardful program has closed, and Rewardful links stopped tracking new referrals on August 7, 2026. You can create a PartnerStack account to get a new link. If you think you're owed a commission from Rewardful, email support@heartbeat.chat and we'll look into it.
Where do I log in?
Head to heartbeatchat.partnerstack.com. Your links, referrals, and earnings are all there.
My dashboard shows 0 signups, but I know someone used my link.
The stats at the top of your dashboard only refresh about once an hour, so check the Customers tab for the live list. Still not showing up after a day? Email support@heartbeat.chat with the email address they signed up with, and we'll track it down.
Do I need to be a Heartbeat customer to join?
Nope. Anyone can apply, whether or not you run a community on Heartbeat. The only exception is competing community platforms.
Can I refer a community that already uses Heartbeat?
Commissions are only for new customers, so existing Heartbeat communities won't count.
