At this time, affiliate programs can only be run if you have Heartbeat Payments set up. To recap, in order to set up your Affiliate Program you will need:
Control which members are invited into your affiliate campaign by using a specific Sign Up Link.
The Sign Up Link you pick also decides what your affiliates' visitors see when they click through. If that Sign Up Link has a Page connected to it, affiliate traffic lands on that Page first. If it doesn't, visitors go straight into the standard signup flow. So to send affiliate traffic to a custom Page, connect the Page to a Sign Up Link, then select that same Sign Up Link on your campaign.
Set up if you want affiliates in this campaign to earn commissions whenever a specific Offer is purchased or if any Offer is included.
Give your affiliates a way to provide referred members with a discount.

Where can my members see the Affiliate Program in Heartbeat? They can click on their profile picture (top right side) and then click on Account Settings. Here, they can click on Affiliate Program to join.
How do my affiliates get their link? Can I see their links? When members are logged in, they can go to Account > Affiliate Program to join a program and get the link.
It is not possible for you to see the individual links for each member in the program.
Can you create multi-level affiliate programs in Heartbeat? Heartbeat does not currently support multi-level programs for now.
Can a free member credit an upsell purchase to an affiliate? Yes, that will happen automatically as long as the purchase is made within 60 days of their joining.
How can I see which users belong to which campaign? You can click on the icon highlighted below to see which users are part of a specific affiliate campaign.
I don't want to use Heartbeat's landing page for my affiliate program. Can I use my own landing page for affiliates? To do this, keep one affiliate Sign Up Link in Heartbeat, clone it, disable the custom page feature, and use the Heartbeat-generated link on your third-party page. This maintains your affiliate tracking while allowing you to use your preferred landing page builder.

Can I use the same Sign Up Link or Offer across multiple affiliate programs? Yes. You can tie multiple affiliate campaigns to the same Sign Up Link or Offer. Each campaign calculates commission independently, based on its own settings.
My affiliate links aren't going to my custom Page. Why? The campaign is usually pointing at a different Sign Up Link than the one your Page is connected to. Open the Page in Settings > Content > Pages and check its Connected sign up link, then edit the campaign to use that same Sign Up Link. Your affiliates' existing links keep working and start landing on the Page right away.
If a member participates in two affiliate programs, will their links conflict or cause tracking issues? No. Each campaign generates a unique affiliate link per member, so a member in two programs gets two separate links. When an external user converts through one of those links, the commission is attributed to that specific campaign – there's no overlap or incorrect attribution.
