Adding members to specific offers on your Heartbeat community allows you to give them access to specific Access Groups based on their membership level or purchased package. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add members to an offer.
Step 1: Navigate to Offers
In your Heartbeat community admin dashboard, go to Offers under the Payments section in the left-hand sidebar. This will bring up a list of all available offers.
Locate the specific offer you want to add a member to. You can see details about each offer, such as the type, active purchases, and total revenue.
Step 2: Open the Offer Details
Click on the offer’s name to open its details. For example, select General Membership if you want to add a member to that offer.
Once inside the offer, you’ll see detailed information, including:
Pricing options per Access Group (e.g., Basic, Pro)
The number of active members and their statuses
Here are the sign-up links for different Access Groups associated with the offer. You can copy this and send it to the community members you want to give these offers to.
Step 3: Add a Member to the Offer
In the Members section, click the + Add Members button. This will open a prompt to select the member you want to add.
Select the member from the list or search for their name to add them to the offer. You’ll then choose the relevant Access Group within the offer (e.g., Basic, Pro) based on their desired access level.
Confirm the selection to finalize adding the member to the chosen Access Group within the offer.
Step 4: Verify Member Status
Once added, the member will appear in the Members list for the offer. You can view their:
Status (e.g., Active, Exempted, Pending)
Next payment date (if applicable)
Date they were added to the offer
This view helps you track all members associated with each offer and manage their access level.
Multiple Sign-Up Links: Each offer can have multiple sign-up links that connect to different Access Groups. For example, General Membership might have separate links for “Basic Only” and “Pro Only” access. Use these links to control how members sign up for specific access levels within an offer.
Edit Access Levels: If a member’s access needs to be adjusted, return to the Members section of the offer and update their Access Group or membership level as needed.
