You can make updates to an upcoming event by navigating to the event page, and then clicking on the pencil icon next to the event name.

Can you edit recurring events?
Right now, it’s not possible to edit the details for individual instances of a recurring event, nor can you change the title of recurring events. Please upvote this feature request if this is something you'd like to see in Heartbeat!
If you’d like each event to have a unique title, a good alternative is to create separate one-off events instead.
