Step 1: Purchasing multiple codes
From AppSumo, you can purchase multiple codes. However, you will need to activate each code under a different email address. This is a recent policy change from AppSumo's side.
Once you've activated each Heartbeat license under a different email, you can change each community to have the same login email. If they all have the same login email, then you can use the community switcher to navigate between your communities.
Step 2: Updating each community to have the same login email
Once you've activated each Heartbeat license, visit Settings > Account Settings > Login Email to update your login email in each community. After you've edited the email, scroll down to click Save Changes.

Once the login email within each community is the same, you'll be able to easily access all communities from the Heartbeat community switcher.
Step 3: Using the Community Switcher
Now that the login email under each community you own is the same, Heartbeat will allow you to easily access each community within the community switcher.
All you have to do is click the community icon on the left-upper part of your screen to navigate between Heartbeat communities in the same browser session.
