All admins are automatically CC-ed on every matchup email. This means that whenever a matchup email is sent to participants, all admins within the community will receive a copy. This ensures that admins are always in the loop regarding communication-related to matchups.
2. Understanding the Confirm Step and Recurring Schedule
The process for sending matchup emails varies depending on whether you have a recurring schedule toggled on or off.
If the Recurring Schedule is Toggled On:
The Confirm step will schedule the matchup emails to be sent on your selected date.
This lets you plan and automate matchup emails based on a recurring schedule, ensuring emails are sent out consistently without manual intervention.
If the Recurring Schedule is Toggled Off:
Clicking Confirm will send the matchup emails immediately.
This option is helpful for one-time matchups or when you need to send emails right away without scheduling.
